Pumpkin Run Reminder!
Dear Queen Elizabeth School Community,
Our annual Pumpkin Run is TOMORROW, FRIDAY, October 28th! Please join us for the fun and encourage your children to wear Orange and Black!
Please pay careful attention to the schedule below:
9:30 AM – Kindergarten – Divisions 19, 20, 21, 22, 23
11:00 AM – Grade 1 and 2 – (also Div 18, K/1 – Ms McClelland/Harris) Divisions 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
11:45 AM – Grade 3 and 4 (also Div 8, Grade 2/3 – Ms Baker) Divisions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
Parents are welcome to join us and help cheer us on. Parents that wish to help marshal the course are very much appreciated – if you are interested in helping, please meet Mr Manville on the Service Road 15 minutes before your child’s scheduled start time!
After your child’s run our Pumpkin Patch (school garden) will be open if you would like to take younger siblings through. Please don’t pick the pumpkins as they are for our lucky Kindergarten to Grade 4 draw winners to take home at the end of the day!
On Monday, October 31st students are encouraged to wear their Halloween Costumes!
Please remember to keep easily lost accessories at home so they are safe for use Trick or Treating that night, and do not bring simulated weapons that accompany costumes.
