Fuel Up! Lunch Program

Ordering, Cancelling and Changing Orders:
Orders, cancellations and changes must be made before 12:00 pm two (2) days in advance of delivery (e.g. for Monday’s order changes must be made by 12:00 pm on Saturday)
- Sign into your account at simplyfoods.ahotlunch.ca
- Select “Orders” on the left side of the page
- Select “My Orders”
- Click on “cancel” beside the items you’d like to cancel. If successful the text should say “cancelled” in red.
If your child is ill orders may be cancelled by 8 am that day by calling 604-620-5474 or emailing Fuelup@readymaidmeals.com. Please include your child’s name, school, division, and reason for cancellation in your email. A credit will appear on your account.
Cancellations for any other reasons must be done in accordance with the deadlines noted under ordering or canceling above.
Payment:
Payment must be made at the time of ordering and can be made using Visa, Master Card, Debit, or electronic cheque. You can also prepay for meals to your account which will be debited as food is ordered.
Fuel Up Subsidy Program – Friends Feeding Friends
This program is available for families seeking financial support, offering partial or full coverage for lunches and dairy/dairy alternative products. To apply please visit:

Join in and support your community! 25 cents from every full priced small lunch and 50 cents from every full priced large lunch will directly support this program.
